Topic Execution is you Daily Syallabus Plan for Instructor

 

Now system is automatically generated TopicExecution record based recently add new Topic inside subject.

 

Now Instructor need to provide the Proposed Date for teaching.

Once provided this date GI as group instructor will review this. Based on review he may approve or suggest to change the offline.

 

How to mark topic is completed or Subject is completed?

Now once teachning is completed then instructor will mark Topic teachning is completed. So management can monitor.

At the Action column Mark as Completed button is present.

It will be mark todays date when topic is closed.

 

TopicExecution Note

1. In case this topic is teached by another instructor then need to note in note field.
2. In case teached late or some other issues then also need to add inside note field.

 

then message box will be pop up like this

Topic marked as completed and logged

After this you can see completion date is appered as todays date.

 

It will be help to monitor that proposed and completion date.

 

if you want to see planned date then you can see in system on specific date which topic need to teach and related analystical data.

As per provided TopicExecution inside date exact same date will be avaialble in Calender or TimeTable
