Link subject to instructor

Every instructor must have assigned his subject.

 

As per below 

If instructor have assigned subject

1. Every year based on SyllabusPlan it will create new TopicExecution.
2. But in mid year or in rare case subject is assigned so it will generate new TopicExecution
3. Also vice versa if subject is removed from instructor then it will delete old TopicExecution (Soft Delete)
4. If instructor already provided his completion date then it will not perform soft delete.
